Our main engagements are carefully managed Shopify migrations and long-term Shopify support. We also deliver storefront development, commerce UX, apps and integrations, CRO, mobile commerce, ecommerce AI, and white-label delivery when those capabilities support a clear commercial goal.
↗02Do you offer fixed projects or ongoing retainers?Both. A migration or defined build is usually planned as a staged project. Ongoing improvement is handled through a support engagement with an agreed team, priorities, cadence, and service expectations.
↗03Can we start with a smaller piece of work?Yes, when the work can be isolated and still produce a useful outcome. Our AI-assisted workflow helps us complete focused discovery, audits, technical assessments, and delivery sprints efficiently, making a smaller first engagement commercially practical without reducing senior oversight.
↗04Can you work with our internal team or another agency?Yes. We can own a defined workstream, support an internal ecommerce team, collaborate with a design or marketing partner, or provide specialist Shopify delivery behind another agency. Ownership and decision paths are agreed at the start.
↗05What work do you not take on?We avoid work with unclear ownership, unrealistic guarantees, or timelines that leave no room for responsible validation. We also will not recommend a rebuild when a smaller, lower-risk improvement is the better commercial decision.
