01Who will actually work on our account?

The people introduced for the engagement stay close to the work. Our specialists use AI tools to accelerate repetitive tasks, but people—not automated systems—own strategy, design, engineering decisions, QA, and day-to-day communication. Responsibilities remain visible throughout the engagement.

02How often will we communicate?

The cadence is matched to the engagement. It can include planning sessions, written updates, demonstrations, decision logs, and launch check-ins. The goal is enough visibility to make decisions without turning delivery into constant meetings.

03What tools do you use to manage work?

We use practical project, design, development, and communication tools appropriate to the client. More important than the tool is a shared source of truth for priorities, decisions, status, ownership, and outstanding risks.

04How involved does our team need to be?

We need a clear decision-maker and timely access to product, platform, content, analytics, and operational knowledge. We make the required reviews and decisions visible at the start so your team can plan around them.

05Will we see and test the work before launch?

Yes. Design is reviewed in Figma where relevant, development is demonstrated in staging, and important journeys are tested before release. AI-assisted and automated checks help us test efficiently, while human QA and senior review remain responsible for acceptance criteria, edge cases, and launch readiness.
