Ownership and handoff are made explicit in the agreement. Our standard approach is to deliver the agreed code, design assets, and documentation to the client without creating unnecessary agency lock-in.
↗02Do you provide documentation and handover?Yes, in proportion to the engagement. This may include system notes, component guidance, integration context, release instructions, recorded walkthroughs, and training for the people who will operate the store.
↗03Can you support the store after launch?Yes. Long-term support is one of our core services. It can include roadmap ownership, development, performance, integrations, CRO, release support, monitoring, and priority issue handling under an agreed plan.
↗04How do you approach security and account access? We request only the access needed for the work, use appropriate partner or collaborator accounts where available, and agree how credentials and sensitive data are shared. Access can be reviewed and removed as responsibilities change.
↗05What happens if a third-party system fails? We define which party owns each dependency and how failures are detected and escalated. For important integrations, we consider logging, retries, reconciliation, manual fallback, and the operational impact of downtime.
